Setting Up Multiple Email Accounts

James

I am trying to setup multiple email accounts on one computer. I can setup
around 4 or 5 email accounts fine. When I do more than that it still sets up
fine, but when I go to send/receive it tells me it processed the latter
accounts but no emails show up in the inbox. I am using 2007 and have setup
many email accounts before on multiple computers. I don't know what the
problem is with this one. I have checked to see whether the account is
included in the All Accounts group under the Send/Receive settings. Which it
is and I have also looked under the account settings to see if that is all
correct which it is. I don't really know the next step. Please Help!

Thanks a lot!

WHat type of accounts are they? Are they all hosted on the same mail
server? Do they all use distinct usernames/passwords to connect to the
server?

They are regular POP3 accounts from our goDaddy server and I am just setting
them up like I normally do on all the other computers.

Yes they all use distinct names to connect to the server.

So, the username and password fields for each account are different,
correct? Have you used the web interface to the mail server to see if there
are any messages waiting in the mailboxes?

Yes the usernames and password fields for each account are different. I have
sent the test messages which go through on other computers with the same
account, but do not go through on this computer. I also checked the junk
mail just in case with no such luck.

Do the messages make it to Sent Items?

The "Test" messages sent are sent by going to Tools -> Account Settings ->
Selecting the account to send from and click 'Change' -> Test Account
Settings. This never adds the test message sent to the Sent Items. I can
send messages and receive them from the other accounts on Outlook from that
computer. Thanks for helping me out.

What does the diagnostic log say when you perform a normal send/receive?
