System connects to external via win2003server running ISA server.
Have had problem regarding using windows update where error 0x8024402C
frequently but not always generated when trying to download update.
Tried all 'cures' seen in newsgroups etc
proxycfg -d / net stop / start etc
scan for any possible hijack virus
and have put the 3 microsoft domains listed in some posts into ISA server
exceptions
Still have problem and still think its not set up correctly for ISA server
as the server itself updates problem free, its only on machines on the
network operating through the ISA server.
Anyone know exactly how ISA server should be set to allow updates?
