Setting up for use?

Hello,
I have just finished my very first Access project, a school database
which will have information entered by 2 or 3 people, but no more than 2 at
the same time. Is there a way I can "finish" it and set it up for use where
the users can pull up the main form but not have access to all the design
tools? I really have no idea about how to get it ready for the users except
that I need to put a shortcut on the desktop. Thanks in advance for your
help!
