I don't know what to put when you set up your servers. Can someone help
me?

Best to contact your mail provider who will walk you through the process. If
it is a Hotmail or Yahoo mail ID which you want to add, you will have to use
Windows Live Mail, and Yahoo requires a paid account if you want to receive
and send Yahoo mail through anything other than their own web based mail
client..

Incidentally, you are posting from the future!
That happens because your PC is configured for the Pacific time zone
although you are actually located in the Eastern time zone.
Please fix your time zone setting.
