Setting Up Briefcase

I'm trying to set up Briefcase between my Desktop and Laptop. The
instructions in the knowledge base article 307885 say in the section "How to
Create a New Briefcase", 4. "Start Briefcase....", and in 6. it states "To
update all files, click Update All on the Briefcase Menu."

By this I assume Briefcase is a program or something that I can't find on my
machine. I'm running XP Home. Is there something I must turn on first, or
something I have to download. Basically my question is where do I find this
Briefcase thing?

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: BRIEFCASE , and hit enter.
Click on the topic titled: "Create a new briefcase".
