setting up a template

Please advise instructions for setting up a template for rolodex address
cards using microsoft works suite 2005

Suzanne is assuming that you are using Word 2002 from the Works suite, and
not the word processor built into Works.

Indeed. This was a simplifying assumption based on Linda's having posted in
a Word NG. I didn't go into the fact that Word 2002 started from the Works
Task Launcher has access to other templates (perhaps even including specific
ones for Rolodex cards) and can create a mail merge using a Works database
as a mail merge data source. Since I've never used Works or the Microsoft
Works Suite Add-in for Word, I am only vaguely aware of these features and
not at all familiar with them.
