Setting Up A Small Network

1)7 pc's connected to the internet,
2)using a rented office,
3)data to all the pc's come from a ethernet switch from the main commins
room (there are several offices down here)
4)need to setup a small network with these 7 pc's , have a glance thru the
microsoft help site but dint get a good idea
5) could someone help me on how to do the same in a step by step approach as
i am not a technical person.
