Setting up a front end database with backends for data

Hi,
I am trying to set up a front end database which would have all
functionality and no data. I then want to be able to link it to multiple
databases to pull data depending on a selection made in the beginning. Let me
try to explain: I have data stored for 4 divisions each in its own database
but everytime I add a query/report or change a form I have to make the change
4 times. There is too much data to keep in one database and still work at any
kind of normal speed. I would like to either select the division when I log
in or have a switchboard that I can choose the division from. Can this be
done?

Yes: quite easily. Look up help on the Tabledef.Connect property.

If you need more help, you would probably be better off in something like
m.p.a.modulesvbadao
