Setting up a 2nd email account

If I want to SEND OUT from my Outlook, so that it looks like I’m sending
email from my web site, (for example my emails will show (e-mail address removed)
- instead of my local email address), what do I need to fill-into the blank
fields in the Outlook e-mail account fields? This part is a little confusing
to me. In Outlook>Tools>Email accounts it shows LOGIN INFORMATION, under that
are the fields User Name and Password. It shows SERVER INFORMATION, under
that is Incoming Mail Server (POP3) and Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP). What
would I put in these fields so that when I email OUT, my email will show
(e-mail address removed) instead of my local email adddress? I've asked my web
host and I've gotten no reply. I know you don't know thier particulars, but
can someone guide me on what, in general, would go in these feilds? Thank
you. I look forward to your reply.

4. In the E-mail Address box, type the address that your Internet service
provider (ISP) has provided you.

NOTE: Your e-mail address usually takes the form of a combination of a name
and the name of your ISP, separated by the @ symbol and periods. For
example, John Doe uses an ISP by the name of MYISPNET. In this case the ISP
may assign an e-mail address of (e-mail address removed).

By default, this address is the Reply To address for all messages. If you
wish to have mail replies sent to another address, type this address in the
Reply Address box. Click Next.

Despite what Sandeep KT said, just put whatever address you'd like the
recipient to see in the "E-mail Address" field on the first page of the
account properties. For the remainder, use the values given you by your
ISP. Using the "Reply E-mail" field as Sandeep describes won't accomplish
what you want.
