Setting to get a reminder for Flagged messages

Would like to get a reminder for flagged e-mails I send
and receive. At present if I flag a message, either
incoming or out going with a future date and time, I do
not get a reminder on that date and time.

The flagged message needs to be in your Inbox or you need to get the tool
from http://www.slovaktech.com that fires reminders in non-default folders.
