Setting Time in Scheduler does not work correctly

When I attempt to set the time to run the Scan at a time
after 12:00 (ie 13:00 to 23:00 the time always converts
itself back to the AM time. It appears that it is not
possible to run the scan at any PM time.

Hopefully the developers will pick this up and correct
this.

This is known bug in current release - to set scanning in the afternoon,
please do the following:

1. Close MSAS
2. In control panel "Regional and Language Options", button "Customize", tab
"Time", configure a 12-hour AM/PM time format.
3. Open MSAS, configure your desired schedule in 12-hour AM/PM format, click
"Save", close MSAS.
4. In control panel "Regional and Language Options", button "Customize", tab
"Time", re-configure your preferred 24-hour time format.



Then your scheduled event should occur at your desired time, even if the
displayed time in MSAS looks wrong.
