Schedule Scan Time Bug

I have found when trying to set a scheduled scan for
noon, the program keep changing the time for PM to AM.
For some reason it doesn't like 12:00:00:pM. If you set
the scann for 11:59:00:AM it saves it ok. Also, the time
disappears in the text that shows what the scan schedule
is. The days appear, but the time does not.

Yes it is buggy.
This appears to be "correct" behavior for the code currently distributed,
believe it or not!
Two days ahead of the scheduled day is "normal" as is the appearance when
you select 10 am.

Times between 12:00 and 12:59 PM are not selectable.
