I have a Windows 2000 domain that has a few Windows NT clients. When the
users logon they are loggin on to the domain and not to the workstation. I
want to give them right to change things on their desktops, specifically
setting the clock. So far the only way I have been able to do this is to
make them a Domain Admin, which is probably not a good idea. Does anyone
know how another way?

Grant the user the right to change time on their computer.
