Setting the Command Prompt window to full screen, 25 lines?

Hi,

I am trying to get an old, but useful, DOS program working in the
DOS/Command Prompt window. It runs fine, but it comes up in what
looks like 50 line mode. The result is that all the text display is
in the upper half of the screen. However, if I select a graphics map
display, it apparently resets the display to 25 lines, and then if I
switch back to text display it is in normal DOS 25 line display.
There is a bit of discussion about setting the window parameters in
option, but it is a bit vague about how to set the window to come up
initially in 25 line mode. Anyone know how to do this?

Going to All Programs / Accessesories / Command Prompt and then clicking on
the top left icon on the title bar and selecting Properties wont do it?
Once you set the properties you should be set.

Won't do it. Or at least not for me. I have experimented with the
parameters, but all I get is a 50 line window of varying sizes. One
of the help mess sages mentions matching the number of lines as
closest to the parameters set, but does not explain exactly which ones
control this.

Wes,

That opens a full screen, 50 line "DOS" window. What I am looking for
is a way to open a full screen, 25 line window. Or alternatively, a
way to simply reset it to 25 line mode.
