Setting specificied program for specified user

Hello all,

I need your help with next:

There is user (let say nero)

I want when somebody logs in under this name, the Nero burning tool
(and only it) to be started, and when this tool exits, automatic log
off to be done.

If I use StartUp folder or one of registry entries (RunOnce/...) - I
do not get what I want (eg if is in StartUp folder then Nero is
started, but among other programs, and other program are available -
eg Task manager).

I know how to do it on Unix/Linux (either by specifiyng another shell,
or by adding 'exec' somewhere in profile - it would work at least for
character terminal).

But how it could be done on Windows?
Any ideas?

Have them connect via remote desktop if this is feasible. Under the
program options for the client specify the program to run once
connected, when they close that program it will log them off.
