Setting size of Favorites Windows

Is there a way to:

1. Get the "Add Favorites" Window to open up at a larger size then the
default size.

2. Get the "Organize Favorites" Window to remember its new size after
manual resizing.
 
Hi,

Not that I am aware of, no. Tried installing the magnifier if you cannot
read it? Under All Programs/Accessories/Accessability.
