Setting Rules to Page

I'm not sure if I am posting this in the right place, but I figured this was
a good place to start. Please redirect me, if necessary ...

My manager wants to create an Outlook rule to send a text message to a cell
telephone when an email message arrives from a certain address.

To make an incredibly long story much shorter, we get email messages from
our problem tracking system to notify us we have new tickets. The system
cannot send us pages for these tickets. My manager wants us to have a way to
trigger a page to our cell telephones when these email messages arrive in our
Inbox.

I have started researching this, but so far, I haven't found anything helpful.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for replying!

I finally found out how to forward an email to our cell telephone, but our
Exchange server seems to block it if it is sent automatically. A co-worker
and I tested it, and if we manually forward an email to our cells, it
delivers fine. If an Outlook rule forwards the email, however, it never
arrives.

If you have any suggestions on how to get around this, I'm all ears <G>!
