setting registry key for enabling proxy

Hi!

Question: Where can I find the registry key that shows
the value of the enabled / disabled option to use an
proxy server for internet connection set in the
properties of internet explorer: options / networking /
LAN Settings / ProxyServer (sorry, but don't know the
exact words in english because I am using windows 2000
german :))?
In the second step I am looking for a scripting-way to
enable or disable this value set by clicking this
checkbox. I am using my notebook in the office and at
home, in the office I must enable using the proxy, at
home i have to disable this option. It is not funny
always changing this setting in the IE options tab. I
would like to do this with a small script that I can
start from the desktop or start menu to toggle between
proxy enabled and disabled.
I am sure that there is a way but I don't know anything
about windows scripting and directly setting a value in
the registry (additionally I don't know which value I
should have to change...)

I would be happy if anybody could help me... thanks!!!!
