Setting Office 2007 User Name

In Office 2003 (excel), to set a user name, I would go to TOOLS, OPTIONS,
GENERAL then change user name at the bottom. How is this changed in Office
2007?

Click Office Button>Excel Options>Popular, and you'll find it at the bottom.
