Setting MS Outlook as 'default mail client' in WordPerfect 12

In WordPerfect 12, I want to be able to use the MS
Outlook Contacts address book. WP tells me to set MS
Outlook as the 'default mail client'; how do I do that?

Open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools, Internet Options. Click the Programs
tab and choose Outlook as the default email program.

This was quite helpful; at least now when I access the
Address Book, it comes up. However, the address format
doesn't seem to work; only the display name comes up, not
the street, city, state or zip. How can I set this up?

That information doesn't display when you're addressing mail or using the
Address Book view. Open Outlook and look in the Contacts folder. That's
where full information on your Contacts is displayed.

I don't want to just 'display' the information; that does
show up quite well in Outlook. I want to insert the full
address information into an envelope or label or whatever
in WordPerfect 12. When I click on Address Book, I can
now bring up the information, but only the 'Display Name'
prints on the envelope or label, even though the US
Standard format calls for the Display Name, street
address, City, State and zip code. I want all this
information to be transferred from Outlook Contacts into
my envelope or label. How do I do this?

Never having used Wordperfect, I'm afraid I can't say. Have you checked
your Wordperfect documentation or visited a Wordperfect-oriented forum?
