Setting Logon Network Security to none

I am trying to create a MST file so that I can install Outlook 2k on
my server farm. I am trying to create the MST so that when the user
logs in, they have to enter a user name and password in Outlook. So,
I am trying to set Logon Network Security to none in Exchange server
properties. I have edited the outlook.prf file for this setting, and
have added it to the MST file along with Newprof.exe. But all this
doesnt seem to work. I need some help. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

Try going to this key:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\MS Exchange
Set\13dbb0c8aa05101a9bb000aa002fc45a

Look for the binary value of 00036601 and set it equal to:
2C 00 00 00

If this works, please let me know.
