Setting internet explorer links and favorates to open in new window?

Is there a way to set internet explorer 6.0 to open up
links and favorates in a new window ever time you click on
one.
 
Hi,
From IE> Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> uncheck "Reuse windows
for launching shortcuts." That's pretty reliable for favorites or links in
e-mail. For links on webpages, learn to use the shift key while clicking.
It'll become automatic.
