Setting ICMP Ping Enable via Netsh in Win 2003

Does anyone know if it is possible to to set the ICMP Ping enabled on teh
RRAS NAT Basic Firewall using Netsh scripting in Windows 2003 Server
Standard?

I have a script that does everything else to set up firewall using RRAS and
IPSEC but can't seem to find a away to enable ICMP Incoming Echo. I've found
plenty of examples on how to do it for the Windows Firewall, but not for the
RRAS Firewall.
