Does anyone have any advice or tools they can recommend that will allow us to
set delegate access for the whole company for a few accounts at one time?
Thanks
Jay

Do you want full delegate access features or just folder permissions?

Folder permission access for calenders(editor), contacts(reviewer) and the
root(mailbox-username with folder visible, no access)
Thanks
Jay

Get the free PFDavAdmin tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=635BE792-D8AD-49E3-ADA4-E2422C0AB424. It can manage mailbox folder permissions, as well as public folder permissions.

You don't need to grant folder visible permission for the root unless you're planning to have users open each others' mailboxes as secondary mailboxes.

Thanks, we use that currently, I was looking for another application that was
a bit more user friendly.
Thanks again.

Thank you for the help Sue. I have not been able to find much information on
how to use the tool for setting mailbox permissions other than the document
is comes with.
