Setting Default From Address in Outlook 2007 Email?

I searched Help and also Google, but cannot find out how to set the
default From address in Outlook 2007. When I create a new message,
the From address is blank. There is only one account setup in
Outlook.

You don't need the "From" field. Especially if you only have ONE account! If
you only have ONE account, then that is default by default!
