Setting an user time limit

Good Day,

Is it feasible to 'program' XP Home/Pro, to have a set time limit when
an user signs in and when the time is up, it 'locks' the computer and/or
cycles through a list of passwords?

I ask due to problems with my kids who fight/argue for the computer
time. A system that could be set for x time, then auto logs out, and they
need to come to me for a password or something to get back in.
