Setting a rule to use email addresses embedded in messages

Suggestions welcome on how to pick up an email address embedded in a message
and use this in a rule or somehow be able to reply to it. Email not from the
address that I want to pick up - so this is problem.

You'll need a third-party tool to scan the mesage looking for addresses in it.
I don't know of any that integrate into the reply mechanism, however. Start
