Setting a follow up reminder for the sender of the email only

How do i set a flag, or follow up reminder, for the sender only. I do not
want the recipient to be able to recieve/see the flag or follow up reminder.

Hello - I am using Microsoft Office 2002. I am trying to use the flag when
sending an email.
