SetHandleContext in "Kernel32.dll" not found

Some Setup programs cause this problem. I'm not able to
install them.
What can I do to make the Setup work again?
Please answer.

Have you checked (searched) for multiple versions of kernel32.dll on your
system?

It sounds like somewhere along your path, there is an older version of
kernel32 that shouldn't be there.
