Set up WinXP on RAID 0 configuration of IDE drive?

I have a RAID 0 configuration set up with 300 gigs of space. I also have an
extra 10gig IDE harddrive sitting around (brand new basiclaly). Should I use
this 10gig hard drive to put Windows on or should I partition a section of
the RAID hard drives for the windows OS partition??
I am basically asking this for performance reasons. I want the best
performance that I can get. If I put windows on the RAID 0 hard drive then
will Windows actually perform better then if I would install Windows on the
IDE hard drive? Any suggestions appreciated!! Thanks!

Well basically I just put winXP on the 10gig instead of win2000. Then I
booted it up and formated the 200gig and it worked perfect. I never had the
137+gig issue. I have all of the data from the hard drives of the RAID 0
configuration backed up on the 200gig. Everything has worked fine so far. I
still have an issue with at leastone of the Seagate SATA hard drives. It
keeps powering down then starts up right away. Just does it every 5 minutes
or so and sometimes it will do it like three times in a row. Basically I plan
on RMA-ing it becuase it has to be bad. It was doing this powering off thing
while I was running the Seagate Diagnostic tools. And the tests did come back
bad.
