Set up tabulated boxes in Word to tab through and enter info?

I have used forms in Word before that have gray boxes in certain areas so
that you can just push tab and it will take you the next box and you can
enter information in the shaded area. It works really well if you have a
standarized letter and just need to change the date, persons name, etc.
 
You can use a mail merge. See
