I set up a rule to redirect some messages into a pst file. Will this rule
still work if PC is on but I am not logging in? The idea is to redirect
messages into a pst file so my mailbox on exchange server will not be full
while I am on vacation.

You will need to leave Outlook open if you want the messages to be
directed to a local folder and not left on the server.
