Set rules for auto-forwarding between certain hours

Is it possible to set an auto-forward rule in Outlook 2003 to forward an
email received from a certain person between certain hours? i.e. anytime
PersonA sends me an email between the hours of 5 p.m. and 11:59 p.m., the
email would be forwarded to PersonC.

I don't believe this is possible in Outlook.
