Set program access and defaults

Hi,

Is there a way to repair "set program access and defaults" so it will work
again. Nothing happens when I click it on the start menu. (I think I recall
it use to be available through control panel too... right.)

Now that we're talking about program defaults... I just updated my MM
Dreamweaver and would like it to be my default html editor... nomatter where
and how many times I tried to change the default from DMX to DMX04 it still
shows DMX to be the default editor. Oh why...

I tried several ways and none of them worked... through folder W2K
explorer>folder options>file types>etc and through regedit. But no change...

Argh... I just figured out that I also had to change the command line in
current user>software>Microsoft>IE>default HTML editor>shell>edit>command...

Sorry about that.
