Set Home Page is no working

What's the procedure for enabling set home page in Internet Options

Well you can do this several different ways, you can
either browse to the page you want as your home page and
under internet options click set current, set default
would give you msn as your homepage, or you can just
simply type in the address if you know what it is, but if
it's not typed in correctly it won't work.

If you are using IE, go to the page you want, click tools. On the general
tab, press "Use Current. That should do it.
