set default printer

does not permanently change it.
 
Hi,

Did you check out the *whole* thread ? I gave you the link to the
thread, instead of the answer itself, since it was unclear from your
question, if you wanted to change the printer permanently, or just
change it for a temporary printing action.

Eric Moreau's link will take you to his website where you can open his
article for March 2005. It details how to change the default printer of
the system.
