Set BIOS to boot from floppy

What setting needs to be performed in BIOS in order to
boot from startup floppy disks created with
winxpsp1_en_hom_bf_exe?

On Microsoft Web site, it is explained that "that the
computer must be configured to boot from the floppy disk
drive. In some cases, you may need to modify your
computer's BIOS settings to do this." (addresse:
