Session Manager System Error Message

I have the same message as Peterbilt "STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The
session manager system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of
0xc0000005 (0x7c80ff2d 0x002ef800). The system has been shut down." I do not
get a blue screen--black and it happens immediately, not after any message
begins. It happens when we switch users but does not happen with a user
log-off. Although there are several STOP: c000021a messages at the support
site, none have "The session manager ....etc. It doesn't appear to be third
party installation, but I do allow Windows to update automatically. I. too,
would apreciate any help with this.

I have a client who just reported the same exact error. Apparently her
daughter opened some phishing email a few days ago and whaddya know,
now this happens whenever I try to establish a remote desktop
connection with her. Any ideas would be great.

I've got the same problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

It's best to start a new post and give complete information on the
problem rather than tag on to someone else's old post.
