Services Window Problem

Running XP Home SP1

When I go to control panel>administrative tools>services the first window
to open is the "extended tab" window where there is nothing in the main
window except the left upper corner is blued out with the gears image in
the corner. The standard tab, when clicked opens the services correctly.

Is this a correctable problem?

I fixed it, here is how if it might help someone else.

I just re registered these dll's

regsvr32 vbscript.dll jscript.dll urlmon.dll softpub.dll

All fixed.
