services.exe using 99 percent of CPU time

Has anyone ever seen this happen? Services.exe is using 99 percent of my
CPU time so I basically can't get any apps to open in less than 10 minutes.
Trying to figure out what causes this to happen. Same problem in safe mode
also.

For almost sure its a virus or worm.
Update your virus scanner and scan your PC.
