Services always disabling!

For some reason my services (start>run>service.msc) have been shutting
themselves off. It's very annoying because though I may manually put
it back on, it keeps going off. It makes me stay with stupid windows
classic and my sound doesn't work. HELP!
 
you are letting windows determine the level of eye candy and is check marked?
