What did the MegaRaid tech support people say?

If you are Registry savvy, then you should check the key value for
the service Raid_Server found at:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services
**Service Listing is alphabetical, expand Raid_Server [+]
Locate the sub-key "ObjectName" and see if it's value is set to
NT_Authority\LocalService

McCarty,
The value is OK, what can i do next?

Malke,
thx for reply.
Can't find a solution on the MegaRaid Page.

Use Services.Msc, Locate the Raid_Server in the listing. Double
Click it to bring up the details box. Click on the "Dependencies"
(TAB) and verify that all the other Services are running. ( Started
and to either Automatic or Manual start mode )

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Be sure the computer is clean:

Malke,

1 question - it never works !!! ( i installed a Raid controller )
2 question - its not a virus, but a system service

Spyser Depend on raid_server and raid_server depend on spyser.

I wasn't questioning whether the service was a virus or not. I was
asking you if the computer was clean in general because services not
working are often symptomatic of infection.

I'm sorry but you are going to need to get help from the people who made
the RAID controller. You will have to contact them or find another
solution to whatever you are trying to do.

I'm sorry that I was unable to help you.
