McAfee VirusScan Enterprise Installation Error

We are installing McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.1 on a server. 2003 SP1
and get the following error

Product: McAfee VirusScan Enterprise -- Error 1920.Service
McAfeeFramework (McAfeeFramework) failed to start. Verify that you
have sufficient privileges to start system services.

If you ignore the error, it installs but the frasmework service will
not start.

Any ideas.

Is the NT Service tied to the "Local System account" ?

Open a command prompt and enter;

sc start McAfeeFramework

Does that start the McAfeeFramework NT Service ?

Is the NT Service tied to the "Local System account" ?

Open a command prompt and enter;

sc start McAfeeFramework

Does that start the McAfeeFramework NT Service ?
