service pak #2firewalls dsl

hp running xp and sbc dsl. every time we try to install the pack it it fire
wals the dsl conection. have to restore and loose the download. any help i
would be thankful

Maybe try turning off the firewall, doing the SP2 update, then turn it back
on again.
