Service Pak 2

Installed Service Pack 2 from the internet, worked fine for awhile. Now
won't accept updates.

Got CD for Service Pack 2 from Microsoft. Need to uninstall Serviced Pack 2
from my system, then reinstall from CD. Can anyone tell me how?

Already copied My Documents onto a CD so I wouldn't lost the info.
