Hi,

SP1 is a 134MB file if you are downloading the full pack. How long that
takes depends on your network connection. On cable it may take a few
minutes, on dial-up it could take hours.

If you are using Dial Up this could be correct - 134Mb
File will take you hours depending on your connection
speed... Try looking for magazine with CD on Cover some of
these have service pack 1a included on CD.. What country
are you in...? If Australia I could send you a CD with all
service packs and service pack 2 beta version foe WinXP.

For USA & Canada you can order the CD with SP1a here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/sp1/ordercd.mspx

For other Countries take a look at http://www.microsoft.com/worldwide/

You also can order the Security Update CD. Unfortunately, i'm not sure if
the service pack of XP is included...?!

Also, MS domain was under attack this week.
