Service pack one vs three

I just had to replace my hard drive and needed to download ZoneAlarm. It
stated I only had XP service pack 1 and I needed 2 or higher. I downloaded
Service pack 3 and rebooted. If I right click on My Computer, it says I have
service pack 1; I tried to download and install service pack 3 a second time,
but it said it was already there. How do I resolve this dilemna.

The .NET groups are not the best place to ask windows questions. I would try
a windows group.
