Service Pack IV installation

When I try to install Service Pack IV on my Notebook PC, it fails with following error.

"The server name or address could not be resolved"

and installation discontinues. Any clue?

Yogen,

Copy the SP4 on to your Notebook and
try the installion again.

Download the Network version to your HDD, and then
install it from there.
