service pack 4

When trying to install service pack 4 on XP, it says its
scanning the system then a message pops up saying it can't
connect to the server.
Any suggestions?
 
you can try to install it on the operating system which it is intended for.
SP4 is for windows 2000. not for windows XP. what's wrong with you?
