Service Pack 4 - stuck in continuous reboot

I just installed Service Pack 4 on my Windows 2000 Pro
laptop. The computer is now stuck in the continuos reboot
mode. It runs through the windows screen and then flickers
and reboots. Does anyone know how I can get it to boot
completely?
 
hi i'm having the same problem. let me know if you find
out how to get out of reboot. i'll do the same!
